Kingdom Bible App ("the app", "we", "our") is operated by Delvin Hale("the Seller"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial spiritual study and entertainment.
Acceptable use
- Do not reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell the app.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape content, probe security, or interfere with other users.
- Do not use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise harmful purposes.
- Do not upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, code, branding, and original content remain the property of the Seller. You receive no rights other than the limited license described above.
Scripture content & attribution
Bible verses included in the app are drawn from the King James Version (KJV), which is in the public domain worldwide (and Crown copyright in the United Kingdom, where reproduction is permitted by the Crown's patentee Cambridge University Press for bona fide devotional use). Where other translations are quoted, they are used under the terms of their respective publishers (typically the "fair use" verse limits of the NIV, ESV, NLT, and NKJV). Verses are provided for personal devotional and educational use only and may not be redistributed commercially.
Subscriptions, pricing and payments
The app is free to download and use. Disciple is an optional premium subscription billed at the price displayed on the in-app Disciple page at the time of purchase (currently from USD $4.99 / month or USD $39.99 / year, plus any applicable VAT or sales tax shown at checkout). Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers; the price you see on the checkout screen is the price you pay for that billing period.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to our Refund Policy.
Disciple subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Disciple page or via paddle.net; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges are taken.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings.
Service level and disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
