- You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
- For renewals, refund eligibility is reviewed case-by-case at the discretion of our payment provider.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
All orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with.
- Or contact us via the Contact page and we will assist with the request.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Disciple page (tap “Manage billing”). Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep premium access until the end of your current billing period.
Processing time
Approved refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
